• Processing takes between 1 and 3 business days once we receive your order.
• Once your order is processed, your order will be shipped out via USPS or UPS.
• Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to you.
• It will take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update in their system.
• Your order may also take up to a week to arrive to you.

During the summer months, we will only ship wax melt orders Monday through Wednesday.

This limits the time your order will be in transit, so that your wax melts do not sit over the weekend in non-air-conditioned facilities. 

If you place your order Wednesday morning, just know that it may not leave our location until the following Monday. 

This is to maintain the quality of your wax melts and ensure that you receive an item that is ready to use and in good condition. Please plan accordingly for optimal satisfaction of your order/product.

As the holiday season approaches, shipping costs may rise, and there could be delays in getting your products to you (which means they might take a little longer to arrive).

We warmly recommend that you place your orders sooner rather than later.
